- All products are carefully inspected before being packed and dispatched. Since our collections include batik apparel and handcrafted accessories, each item is unique. Please note that natural variations in motif, color tone, or finishing are part of the artisanal production process and should not be considered defects.
Return & Refund Eligibility
- Returns or refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The item delivered is defective, damaged, or faulty upon receipt.
- An incorrect size, design, or product was sent due to our mistake.
Request Period & Condition
- All return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must remain unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or modified.
- Purchases made under sale, promotional, or clearance campaigns.
- Handmade batik products with minor differences in shade, motif, or detailing.
- Orders delayed due to courier schedules, customs inspections, or import duties.
