- Every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure quality.
- As our collections consist of apparel and handcrafted accessories, returns and refunds are only possible under certain conditions.
- Please note that handmade batik products may exhibit slight differences in pattern, shade, or finishing. These natural variations are part of the artisanal process and will not be regarded as defects.
When Returns or Refunds Are Accepted
You may request a return or refund only if:
- The product received is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- You received an incorrect item, size, or design due to our error.
Conditions for Eligibility
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been worn, washed, modified, or altered in any way.
- Items purchased during sale, promotion, or clearance campaigns.
- Handmade items with minor variations in motif, color, or detail.
- Orders delayed due to courier handling, customs inspections, or import taxes.
