Order Processing

  • Orders are checked, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. No processing will take place on weekends or Malaysian public holidays. During peak sales seasons, promotional campaigns, or if stock is temporarily limited, additional preparation time may be required. Should there be any unexpected delay, customers will be informed via email.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your parcel is shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent. Customers can use this number to track their parcel directly with the assigned courier. Please ensure the email address provided during checkout is valid, as all notifications will be sent there.


Domestic Delivery (Malaysia)

  • Delivery within Malaysia usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier schedules. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please note that remote or rural addresses may require additional time or incur extra charges imposed by courier companies.


International Delivery

  • We ship worldwide through trusted courier partners. Delivery time varies between 7–21 working days, subject to customs clearance, courier performance, and destination country regulations. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout according to location.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or surcharges charged by the destination country. These costs are separate from our product and shipping prices.


Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are complete and accurate. We cannot be held liable for parcels undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


Failed Delivery Attempts

  • In the event of an unsuccessful delivery (e.g., no recipient available), the courier may reschedule or hold the parcel at their branch. Any extra costs for re-delivery or self-collection are the responsibility of the customer.


Risk, Damage & Claims

  • VBR THIVIAS TRADING is not responsible for delays, parcel loss, or damage once the order has been handed over to the courier. If your parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us at vbr-thivias@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery for further assistance. Claims submitted beyond this period may not be accepted.
