1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using kualitibatik.store, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.


2. Products & Descriptions

  • Our offerings include apparel and handcrafted batik accessories.
  • Due to the artisanal nature of batik, minor variations in color, motif, or finishing may occur. These are not considered defects.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Display settings across devices may cause slight differences in color perception.


3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance, and related taxes for international orders.
  • Orders are only processed after full payment has been received.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, insufficient stock, or suspected misuse of our platform.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Malaysia): 3–7 working days
  • International: 7–21 working days (subject to courier and customs)
  • VBR THIVIAS TRADING will not be held liable for delays caused by couriers, customs checks, or other external factors.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or refunds are only applicable if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Variations inherent to handmade batik items are not considered defects.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Return shipping fees are borne by the customer unless the error is attributable to us.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, logos, and written content on our website belong to RADZIZU ATTIRE SDN. BHD. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission.


7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your use of our website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, process, and safeguard your data.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
